2024 Artist: Hunter Esmon
Born and raised in South Louisiana, I'm currently a liveaboard working and residing on the Multnomah Channel. Living on the precipice for the last two years has reinvigorated my artistic pursuits, helped me hone my craft and find inspiration from the jawdropping nature and wildlife of the Pacific Northwest. I use a wide range of mediums and techniques, often combining traditional processes with digital compositing. I have many goals for my art, but most importantly, I'm having a lot of fun and I want my audience to feel the same way.
CURRENT PIANO LOCATION:
LEE FAMILY FARMS
My piano is named 'Tides' - it's a representation of the highs and lows in life. As a liveaboard, I'm constantly at the mercy of the tides to be where I am. There's good days and bad days, but neither matter without the other. Mindfulness, tranquility, repetition and balance are all themes throughout this piece and meant to be representative of my life experience.
